What happens in your ceremonial session?

This is not a traditional singing lesson or a mental coaching call. It is a sacred, somatic ceremony designed to map where your energy is stuck and give you custom tools to move it through.

1. Somatic Energy Scan & Ceremonial Vocal Meditation:

We set the tone for the ceremonial session by giving your body time to come into a receptive state through a vocal meditation. I will craft a live sound scape set for you to tune into your voice, your body and your breath. We will naturally practice vocal warms and get your body ready to sing without it even feeling like warm ups. This process and your intake form will help us pinpoint exactly where your voice and life force are blocked, identify the root origins of that holding (ancestral, childhood, or nervous system patterns), and map how it manifests in your body.

2. Song & Performance Crafting:

You will bring a song you want to sing or perform. It can be anything from a prayer song, to an original song, to a pop song, to a theatre song. You will be invited to choose a song that embodies YOU, the ‘version’ of you that you are wanting to embody, a song you want to perform or share with your community. Together on Zoom, we will craft your performance—working through the emotional blocks, vocal techniques, and somatic presence required to embody the piece fully.

3. Somatic Practices & Nervous System Support:

As we journey through your song we will enter space for somatic processing, sonic alchemy and other ceremonial tools that will help bring your voice and embodiment to life. We will utilize sound, breath, and energetic alignment to open your vocal channel, soften protective armoring in your jaw and chest, and connect your throat directly to your pelvic bowl. Through this process you will learn practical somatic tools to use your voice even when your body is shaking, expand your window of tolerance for intensity, and anchor clear, unshakeable boundaries in your daily life.

4. The Recording Ritual:

As part of the integration experience, you will be invited to record and share your performance in a way that feels meaningful to you—claiming your voice and anchoring your transformation.
