Each week you'll recieve
2 hour live class + group gathering
We will be building a somatic and subtle foundation for our latent potential and power to play. This is not about forcing or tensioning your way to your most powerful voice and liberated expression. Each class will consist of a live somatic practice, group vocal warm ups and games as well as transmissions and practices dedicated to the theme of the week. These are recorded for you to come back to again and again.
A BONUS Ritual
This course will invite you into your inner landscape. These bonus rituals will hold you in the depths of where you may go in your subconscious. Rituals include: self-love mirror work, the foundations + science of shamanic journeying, nature connection rituals, sensuality and self pleasure rituals. These are optional, extra support to honor where you are in your journey. You will have lifetime access to the whole course, so they will be here for you if and when you feel called.
a Therapeutic yoga + Somatic class
Each week includes a somatic yoga class to help integrate the week's theme. Your body is your instrument as a singer and as a creator in general. Understand the foundational techniques to feeling safe and empowered in your body and 'tuning' your instrument. From the expanded mechanics of breath, to the electromagnetic charge of the heart, to syncing with your brain waves. These recorded classes are easy and accessible to all and at the same time extremely potent and life changing.
A Soul Assignment
Each week you'll receive a soul assignment in alignment with the theme of the week. You will create and share something with our group on telegram and we will practice cultivating a community of support and trauma conscious communication. Eventually you may even feel safe to share what you create out in the world.
This is course is not just about developing your vocal embodiment but about feeling safe to be embody your voice with the people you love, out in the world and in your community.

Your body is like a tuning fork. If you are here, you have been struck and there is no turning back baby! We will ground in together through a song journey deepening into your personal mythos and your heart-felt intention.

The first step to singing is... YOUR MIND. We will drop into foundational practices to tune your brainwaves, sync your breath with your brain and heart and protect your energetic field.

Feel held by Mother Earth and deepen your connection to your body as HOME. Through working with herbal infusions, essences and ancient tantric healing methods.

Liz is passionate about supporting the wild and the outcasted in reclaiming their power, sovereignty and self-worth. Her teaching style is both grounded and extremely refreshing. She artfully weaves story-telling, mytho-somatic embodiment, vocal activation and spiritual guidance in a FUN, SILLY and AUTHENTIC way. She is known for her expressive laughter, made up languages, joyful and healing presence and her gems of wisdom. NO, you do not need to be a singer. This course is about connecting to your creativity and empowering your expression in ALL aspects of life.

YES. You will continue to expand deeper into your vocal prowress. This is an oppurtunity to INVEST in yourself and uncover new ways to MASTER YOUR CRAFT. There is not a course out there that will offer you energetic mastery techniques to directly apply to your performances and vocal expression.
Is this a LIVE online course?
YES. This course has 7 weekly 2 hour live sessions on zoom AND includes pre-recorded material to practice and integrate. You will have LIFETIME access to the course materials and replays.
What if I have zero experience?
This course is designed for ALL levels of singing experience. Under the sacred value and belief that ANYONE can sing. We will practice foundational and vital techniques to exercising your voice like a muscle and developing an embodiment practice.

How does this work?
When you sign up you will recieve a welcome email detailing how to join the zoom calls and the class schedule. You will be guided to create a Kajabi account to access pre-recorded course materials, journalling prompts and other information for the course. You will also be asked to join a telegram group so we can support each other on this journey and practice sharing our voices! The live replays will be posted within 24 hours of the live class.
